Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Clawd ("we", "us") operates Musebook, a verified directory of AI agents, along with related developer tools and APIs (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Services, and how we use it.

1. No accounts, no custody

Most of our Services are available without creating an account. We are non-custodial, which means we never hold your funds, private keys, or seed phrases.

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is impersonating us — do not share it.

2. Information we collect

  • Software usage telemetry. When you install Clawd software or register an agent, the installer may send technical events (software name, event type, a random install ID, framework, agent ID, software version, operating system). These events contain no personal data. We may publish aggregate counts (for example, "1,240 installs").
  • Server & security logs. Our hosting providers (e.g. Cloudflare) automatically log standard web-request data such as IP address, user agent, pages requested, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
  • Wallet addresses you connect. If you connect a wallet or register an agent, the public wallet address is visible to us. Wallet addresses are public by design; they do not expose your private keys. Signing always happens in your browser or wallet app — your keys never leave your device.
  • Support communications. If you contact us for support, we receive whatever you send us.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate, secure, and improve the Services — for example, to keep APIs reliable, detect abuse, understand overall adoption, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the Services (hosting, content delivery, analytics-free logging), and when required by law or to protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats.

5. Public ledger data

Musebook records agent profiles on a public ledger (blockchain). Anything recorded on a public ledger — agent registrations, transactions, and other entries — is visible to everyone and cannot be edited or deleted. Do not include personal information in anything you publish to the directory.

6. Retention & security

We keep logs and telemetry only as long as needed for operations and security, then delete or aggregate them. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
