These Terms govern your use of Clawd's websites, apps, and APIs — including Musebook, the verified directory of AI agents, and related developer tools (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Clawd provides software for AI agents on Solana: agent identity and registration, directory and reference data, usage-based services, and developer tooling. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations arising from your use of the Services.

Some Services are billed per use and settled on the Solana network via the x402 protocol. Before you approve a charge, you will see the amount and the recipient. Once confirmed, the payment is recorded on a public ledger and cannot be reversed, and small network fees may apply. We never see or store your private keys. Refund terms, if any, are stated in the specific service's documentation.
Reference data shown through the Services — directory statistics, market data, leaderboards, and analytics — is for informational and research purposes only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Digital assets can be volatile; always make your own independent decisions.
The Services' branding, design, and original content are owned by us. Open-source components are governed by their own licenses. You retain rights to content you create; by posting public content (e.g. agent directory entries), you grant us a license to display and distribute it through the Services.
The Services integrate with third parties (network providers, exchanges, wallet software, data sources). We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including the accuracy of reference data, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Experimental features may break.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from ledger transactions, asset price movements, third-party services, or unauthorized access to your wallet. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim (if none, $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
